I LOVE FOOD!!!  Mexican, Italian, Asian, American, Southern, Greek, . . .  you name it and I probably will eat it.

Here is one of my all time favorite dishes.  It has been respectfully stolen by someone (no, not me) and ended up on the internet.  It's absolutely great!

Macaroni Grill's Scaloppine di Pollo

Ingredients
Lemon Butter Sauce:
4 ounces lemon juice
2 ounces white wine
4 ounces heavy cream
1 pound (4 sticks) butter

Chicken & Pasta:
6 to 8 (3-ounce) chicken breasts, pounded thin
Oil and butter for sauteing chicken
1/2 to 3/4 cup flour, seasoned with salt and pepper, for dredging
6 ounces pancetta, cooked
12 ounces mushrooms, sliced
12 ounces artichoke hearts, sliced
1 tablespoon capers
1 pound cappellini pasta, cooked
Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions
To make the sauce:
Heat the lemon juice and white wine in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and reduce by one-third. Add cream and simmer until
mixture thickens (3 to 4 minutes). Slowly add butter until completely
incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and keep
warm.

To make chicken and pasta:
Cook pasta and drain. Heat a small amount of oil and two tablespoons
butter in a large skillet. Dredge chicken in flour and saute in pan,
turning once, until brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from pan
and add to pan remaining ingredients. Heat until mushrooms soften and
are cooked; add chicken back to pan.

To serve:
Place cooked pasta on each plate. Add half of butter sauce to chicken
mixture and toss. Taste and adjust, adding more sauce if needed. Place
chicken mixture over pasta. Garnish with parsley. Alternately, mix pasta
and chicken mixture together. Toss with butter sauce.

Yield: 10 servings

Here are some of my favorite restaurants, my favorite locations, and my favorite dish(s).

Garcia's Mexican Restaurant, Duluth and Lawrenceville, GA, Garcia's
Grilled Chicken, Texana Fajitas, Carne Asada, and basically
everything else they serve, along with a frosted 22oz. mug of Dos
               Equis XX

Abuelo's Mexican Food Embassy, Dallas, I had the Monterrey on a plate that was about the size of one very large serving platter, and it was all delicious!  Possibly my new favorite restaruant.  I wish they existed in Atlanta.

Houston's, all locations are great, but I prefer the Dunwoody, GA and
Buckhead/Peachtree, not Lenox locations, Chicken Tender Platter
with cous cous (no, these are nothing like those frozen, nasty,
chicken deals like they have at Shoney's or Applebee's).  Their
batter is so light and flavorful, it's almost like you aren't eating
                 fried food.

Ippolito's, Lawrenceville, GA location, Sausage and Peppers with a frosted
mug of Atlanta's own Red Brick

North Highland Pub, Atlanta (midtown), GA, anything off of the menu, and a
                perfect Pint of Guiness

Ruth's Chris, nationwide, the BIG Filet!

Varsity, Atlanta, Dekalb, Norcross, GA, the #4 meal? with a chili dog, a chili
burger, and those oh so greasy and delicious onion rings and a
               fountain Coke with crushed ice

Red, Hot, & Blue, Jackson, MS or any of their locations, a rack of ribs and
               several Cokes

Little Willie's Meat Market, Brandon, MS, just across the spillway near
Ross Barnett Reservoir, rack of ribs, deviled eggs are a must, and
one of their gigantic tubs of sweet tea

Keifer's, Jackson, MS, anything on the menu, but their Gyro's are the best
               I've ever eaten

The Oar House, near Gulf Shores and Bon Secour, AL, the fried fish,
shrimp, and oyster dinner.  OH MY GOSH IT IS SO
DELICIOUS!!, George, a cajun, knows the delicate art of frying
seafood.  He will also broil it, or whatever.  His lovely wife,
Deborah, will make you feel at home.  POSSIBLY MY FAVORITE
              RESTAURANT!

The City Cafe, Northport, AL (just across the Black Warrior River from
Tuscaloosa), THE BEST COUNTRY FOOD, EVER!  And you get
a plate full of it, plus sweet tea, for around $4.00, go for lunch around
11am and ask if they have any cathead bisquits left over from
             breakfast

Bridgetown Grill, Little Five Points, Altanta, GA, Jerk Chicken!

Jersey Mike's Subs, Lawrenceville, GA, loaded cheesesteak

Woody's, midtown Atlanta, GA, loaded cheesesteak!!!

Woody's

Three Dollar Cafe, Sandy Springs, GA, awesome chicken wings

Dragon Inn, Stone Mountain, GA, Kung Pau Chicken, Broccoli Chicken,
Cashew Chicken, and anything on their menu.  Yeng and Vanny
provide a great environment, great food, and great prices, too.

George Street Grocery, Jackson, MS, I love to get a half order of red
beans and rice, an adult beverage of choice, and consume it
at "the counter," before going upstairs and listening
to great blues, like the Parchman Blues Band, etc, especially on
cold nights, when I can sit by the gas fire upstairs.

Club Riveran, Fort Myers, FL, filet mignon, any seafood, probably the best
service I've ever had at any restaurant in my life.  Of course, they
were trying to please my grandmother, but I'll enjoy great service
any way I can get it.

George's Barbeque, Brewton, AL, the pork plate is out of this world!
pulled pork, not chopped, with a tangy, yet semi-hot, sauce,
great baked beans and sweat tea, but sadly, their potato salad is
sort of bland, the ribs and chicken are also very good
