These are pictures of my new Brinkmann
Pitmaster Deluxe. It's a smoker with a side-mounted fire box, so can literally smoke things for
10 or more hours with this wonderful device, without having to open the large cooking chamber at all. If I want to grill
a bunch of meat, then I can make a fire in the large cooking chamber too, thus creating around 750 sq. inches
of total grilling area.
I did a good bit of research, before I selected this brand and model, so it should provide me
with years and years of cooking pleasure. I really love to eat pork bbq, barbequed chicken, pork tenderloin, pork
ribs, steaks, burgers, shrimp, fish, and did I mention RIBS, that have been smoked or grilled. I also like to crack
open a cold beer or two while the fire is getting ready and while the meat is smoking. It sure beats cooking inside.
About 20% of this smoker/grill is a fathers' day present from Donovan, but I'll consider the
whole thing to be a present from him. What a good boy he is!
